Online registration

Participating insurance plans

We accept all forms of government insurance from the U.S., Canada and other countries. We also accept Medicare, Medicaid, Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services (CHAMPUS), and workers compensation.

We are happy to be your destination for all things healthcare. Before you arrive, please review this information to help you get started.

What to bring to your appointment

We encourage you to bring:

  • Insurance card
  • Forms or instructions from your physician
  • List of your current medications
  • Photo ID

Upon arrival at the hospital

To confirm your appointment date and arrival time, please contact your physician's office.

Enter Los Robles Regional Medical Center through the main entrance, any time from 5:00am to 9:00pm. After 9:00pm, please use the emergency department entrance.

You can check in with our volunteers at the information desk for further directions.

Parking

On our main campus, we have valet parking available Monday through Friday, from 7:00am to 7:00pm. There is also additional parking located in our parking structure.

The same types of designated parking are available to patients and visitors at our other locations as well.

Each quarter, we honor our employees, physicians and volunteers with an award ceremony. We would love to hear about your experience, please select one of the award categories to nominate an outstanding nurse, staff member, physician or volunteer. The DAISY PETAL award

The DAISY PETAL (Performing Exceptional Tasks and Affirming Lives) award recognizes those that are not nurses for the exceptional care and service they provide to patients and families.

Hero's Heart award

Let's honor our teachers that demonstrate the meaning of having a "heart of gold." We are strong advocates of giving back to our community, which is why we will be honoring one elementary school teacher, one middle school teacher and one high school teacher with our Hero's Heart award.
