About us
About Los Robles Regional Medical Center
We are proud to be the community's most trusted resource for health and a regional destination for care.
Our commitment to care
Whether providing specialty care to the tiniest newborns or performing complex cardiothoracic surgery, we work to deliver excellence in healthcare with compassion and caring.
About our health system
As part of the HCA Healthcare family, Los Robles Health System is part of a collaborative care network driven by physicians and colleagues helping each other champion the practice of medicine for a healthier world. Our pursuit of care is based on data from approximately 35 million patient encounters that take place in our network of healthcare providers in 21 states and the United Kingdom. We harness this knowledge to provide the most informed, advanced and compassionate care for our community.
A Level II Trauma Center, Los Robles recently upgraded their heliport to accommodate Ventura County and Los Angeles County’s Firehawk Helicopters to better serve trauma patients. The hospital is also a STEMI-designated Heart Attack Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center. In addition, the ER is accredited as an Emergency Department Approved for Pediatrics (EDAP) by Los Angeles County.
With nearly 600 physicians representing more than 50 medical and dental specialties, Los Robles offers a full array of medical services including a 24-hour emergency department, comprehensive stroke center, ICU/CCU, maternity, Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, medical and surgical departments, comprehensive cancer center, heart & cardiovascular center, same-day surgery and rehab center. Los Robles Health System is also a leader in clinical trials, providing a gateway for patients to receive the latest treatments and therapies, and in 2021, the hospital welcomed its first Graduate Medical Education class, bringing young talented physicians to the community.
From performing the first open heart surgery in Ventura County in 1968, to being the first in the world to use a new, minimally invasive treatment of mitral valve regurgitation in 2019, Los Robles continues to provide the most advanced and leading-edge care in the region. In fact, the hospital was among the first in the area to offer minimally invasive endoscopic spine surgery in 2021.
With our dedicated staff, modern facilities, advanced technology, and a commitment to quality care, Los Robles has earned a reputation as a healthcare leader.
