All persons entering under an exception remain subject to appropriate infection control protocols.

- Laboring mothers in our labor and delivery unit
- Hospice or palliative care patients
- Pediatric and NICU patients
- Special needs patients
Visiting policy
Our visiting policy is as follows:
- Patients may have four visitors during our regular visiting hours. However, certain departments have certain restrictions, including:
- Coronary care unit (CCU) — Two visitors per patient.
- Emergency department — One visitor per patient. Minor patients may have both parents.
- Intensive care unit (ICU) — Two visitors per patient.
- Outpatient surgical unit (OPSU) — One visitor per patient. Minor patients may have both parents.
As always, if you are not feeling well or have symptoms of COVID or other winter illnesses, please stay home and get well. Our team works tirelessly to care for your loved one, and we ask that you visit via our virtual options, which include Zoom and Facetime. Patients testing positive or under investigation for COVID-19 may not have visitors.
Text updates during surgery
We offer surgical updates via text messaging for those that have loved ones in surgery. Using this service, you will receive updates on the status of their progress all on your phone.
Parking
On our main campus, we have valet parking available Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 7:00pm. There is also additional parking located in our parking structure.
For our other locations, we have designated parking lots that are accessible to all patients and visitors. This includes our Thousand Oaks Surgical Hospital and Los Robles Imaging Center.
